彭小龍先生是1986年中國(guó)第一位取得法國(guó)里昂商學(xué)院MBA學(xué)位的人。他曾于國(guó)際貿(mào)易和公司管理等領(lǐng)域工作。因不滿(mǎn)足于個(gè)人的發(fā)展,故1990年回到香港創(chuàng)立屬于自己的汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)服務(wù)企業(yè)。意識(shí)到國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)缺乏人才,彭先生亦創(chuàng)立了新的事業(yè):汽車(chē)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)學(xué)校。
Mr. Xiaolong PENG (MBA 1986) is the first Chinese who got a CESMA (today MBA) degree at EMLYON in 1986. He used to work in fields like international trading and corporate management. Not satisfied with his personal development, he returned to Hong Kong in 1990 and created his own company which concentrates on automobile after-sale services. Finding the lack of talents in China, Mr. PENG has also started a new business: automobile professional vocational education.

問(wèn):您作為于1986年中國(guó)第一位取得法國(guó)里昂商學(xué)院MBA學(xué)位的人,我想在當(dāng)時(shí)的團(tuán)體中您應(yīng)該是唯一的中國(guó)人。這是令人印象深刻的。您是如何成為里昂商學(xué)院中的一員的?當(dāng)您回想過(guò)去,您又是如何看待在法國(guó)和里昂商學(xué)院的這段經(jīng)歷的?
Q:You are the first Chinese who got a CESMA (today MBA) degree at EMLYON in 1986! And I suppose that you were the only Chinese in your cohort. It’s impressive. How did you get enrolled to EMLYON? Today when you look back, how do you see your experience at EMLYON and France?
 
答:當(dāng)年我在法國(guó)就讀法國(guó)文學(xué)與文明文憑(相當(dāng)于 博士預(yù)備班),讀完后感覺(jué)在法國(guó)比較難于找到理想的工作,但又不想過(guò)早回國(guó),聽(tīng)朋友介紹, EMLYON 商學(xué)院很不錯(cuò),就去報(bào)考了。在讀 CESMA 時(shí),時(shí)間較短,但通過(guò)這種特殊的教學(xué)方法,與不同學(xué)科的同學(xué)一起相互影響,通過(guò)案例反復(fù)學(xué)習(xí)、小組共同完成案例分析、以項(xiàng)目形式的學(xué)習(xí)方式,鍛煉出自己做事有自信心,并培養(yǎng)了自己如何安排、實(shí)施項(xiàng)目、處理輕重緩急事情的做事方法。在這種不同文化、不同語(yǔ)言的環(huán)境氛圍下,與同學(xué)間的相互影響、思想碰撞的交流,得益是我終身享用的。
A:At that time, I was pursuing a diploma of French Literature and Civilization (equivalent to PhD preparatory classes) in France. I found it difficult to find an ideal job in France after graduation, but did not want to go back too early to China either. One of my friends introduced EMLYON Business School to me, saying that it was an excellent business school. That’s why I submitted the application.
It was a short learning period, but I have acquired confidence and developed a good way of doing things (project arrangement and implementation, dealing with the priorities, etc.) through a unique teaching method and by interacting with classmates of different profiles: case studying, group work on cases analysis and project-based learning.
What I’ve learnt in this multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment where classmates influenced and exchanged ideas with each other benefits me a lot all through my life.

 


問(wèn):您可以描述下畢業(yè)于里昂商學(xué)院之后的職業(yè)生涯嗎?
Q:Would you please describe your career path after EMLYON?
 
答:畢業(yè)后我一直從事商務(wù)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易和企業(yè)管理方面的工作,在法國(guó)負(fù)責(zé)一家公司的出口工作,跑遍了整個(gè)亞洲。但幾年以后,不滿(mǎn)足于自己的發(fā)展,于是在 1990 年回到香港,創(chuàng)建自己的企業(yè), 1994 年進(jìn)入中國(guó)大陸市場(chǎng)。當(dāng)時(shí)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)雖然很大,但存在很多政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)等方面的困難,我只能從小慢慢做起。經(jīng)過(guò)十幾年的努力,在中國(guó)建立了全國(guó)銷(xiāo)售網(wǎng)絡(luò)。我所從事的是汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)服務(wù)行業(yè),隨著中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展, 90 年代末中國(guó)汽車(chē)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入井噴發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài),我也不再滿(mǎn)足于為市場(chǎng)提供貿(mào)易類(lèi)的產(chǎn)品和設(shè)備,同時(shí)感覺(jué)到中國(guó)市場(chǎng)缺乏既懂技術(shù)又會(huì)服務(wù)的人才。所以,從 2005 年開(kāi)始,在與中國(guó)職業(yè)院校的交流過(guò)程中,看到了他們對(duì)職業(yè)教育及汽車(chē)專(zhuān)業(yè)職業(yè)教育的滯后,這一塊顯然是一片荒地,需要社會(huì)更多的資源去為職業(yè)教育開(kāi)拓出新的教學(xué)方法并探討出更多的的問(wèn)題。從那時(shí)與一兩個(gè)職業(yè)院校的合作,到今天我自己開(kāi)辦了珠海市龍神汽車(chē)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)學(xué)校,為幾百個(gè)職業(yè)院校建立了汽車(chē)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)服務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè),為他們培訓(xùn)了不少于 500 名職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)老師。
A:Upon graduation from EMLYON, I worked in fields like international trading and corporate management for a long time. I was then in charge of exportation for a company in France, going on business trips all around Asia.
A few years later, as I was not quite satisfied with my personal development, I returned to Hong Kong in 1990 and created my own company which entered the Chinese mainland market in 1994.
At that time, although the Chinese market was huge in terms of scale, political, economic and social problems caused much difficulty for me and I had to develop the company at a low pace. With more than 10 years’ efforts, I’ve successfully established a nationwide sales network in China.
Our company concentrates on automobile after-sale services. With China’s reform and opening up as well as its economic development, the Chinese automobile market gained a huge rise in the 1990s. Providing trading products and equipments to the market was no longer enough for the development of the company.
Meanwhile, I found that the Chinese market lacked talents who were good at techniques as well as services-providing. Therefore, since 2005 I began to exchange(communicate) with Chinese vocational colleges and realised that they lagged behind in vocational education and automobile professional vocational education. It was an “uncultivated land” which needed more social resources so as to create new teaching methods for vocational education as well as to discuss more in-depth questions.
Starting from cooperating with one or two vocational colleges, I’ve now created Long Initiatives (ZH) Co., Ltd (Zhuhai LongS Automotive Professional Training School), helping hundreds of vocational colleges establish the automobile technical training services major and train no less than 500 teachers for vocational training.

 


問(wèn):您新實(shí)施的項(xiàng)目是什么?該項(xiàng)目的主要挑戰(zhàn)是什么?
Q:What’s the new project that you are implementing? What are your main challenges?
 
答:直到今年,我為南京工業(yè)大學(xué)和泰國(guó)正大集團(tuán)合作的浦江學(xué)院,建立汽車(chē)服務(wù)與應(yīng)用學(xué)院。浦江學(xué)院隸屬于南京工業(yè)大學(xué),在江蘇省是有一定知名度的,但其原有的教學(xué)體系,相對(duì)于國(guó)際同類(lèi)院校是相對(duì)滯后的,尤其是原有的師資,沒(méi)有得到持續(xù)性的專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn)。因此,現(xiàn)階段我所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)主要是:(1 )如何建立一個(gè)汽車(chē)服務(wù)與應(yīng)用專(zhuān)業(yè)的師資隊(duì)伍;(2 )如何為原有體系思維的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),提出讓他們接受的教學(xué)改革方案及其實(shí)施計(jì)劃;(3 )為了能引進(jìn)與我已合作三年的某世界知名汽車(chē)奢侈品牌的整車(chē)廠來(lái)進(jìn)行合作,我必須搭建其中的橋梁;(4 )如何建立一套本科應(yīng)用型汽車(chē)服務(wù)與應(yīng)用專(zhuān)業(yè)及其實(shí)訓(xùn)和實(shí)習(xí)體系。 其重點(diǎn)目標(biāo)是如何培養(yǎng)出能在汽車(chē)行業(yè)存活并能順利走上職業(yè)生涯的未來(lái)的企業(yè)技能型與管理型綜合人才。
A: In 2014, I’ve helped establish the department of automobile service and application for Pujiang College co-established by Nanjing University of Technology and Chia Tai Group. Secondary college of Nanjing University of Technology, Pujiang College has a certain reputation in China’s Jiangsu Province. However, its teaching system relatively lags behind international institutions of the same type, especially their faculty which has not received continuous professional training. Therefore, the main challenges we’re facing now are as follows:
How to build a faculty for an application-oriented major of automobile service
How to propose teaching reform and implementation plans to leaders holding old mindset
I have to build bridges in order to cooperate with the OEM of a world-renowned automobile luxury brand with whom I’ve already had three years’ cooperation
How to build a set of application-oriented major of automobile service and its training and internship system, the object of which lies in educating integrated talents with both techniques and management skills who may survive in the automobile industry and successfully start their professional career.
 

問(wèn):這是一個(gè)全新的領(lǐng)域,是什么吸引您來(lái)發(fā)展這一新領(lǐng)域?
Q:It’s a quite new sector. What attracted you to develop this new business?
 
答:對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)這是個(gè)新領(lǐng)域,但又不完全是新領(lǐng)域。這與我二十年來(lái)從事的工作,本質(zhì)上是同一個(gè)行業(yè),只是從商務(wù)及管理轉(zhuǎn)型到應(yīng)用型雙元制本科教育,正因?yàn)楸姸嗟奶魬?zhàn)以及秉承為了能讓更多的學(xué)生走上健康的職業(yè)之路的心態(tài),吸引著我不斷向前!
A: For me it’s a new sector, but not entirely new. It remains in itself the same industry compared with the work I’ve been doing for the past 20 years. The thing is that it is transferred from business and management to an undergraduate education that is an application-oriented dual-system.
It is the numerous challenges and the purpose of helping more students to successfully start their professional career that motivates me to step forward.
